IT Kombinat GmbH, headquartered in Monheim am Rhein, has acquired 100% of the shares in objective partner AG, headquartered in Weinheim. The transaction was completed on October 5, 2026. Both companies will remain independent entities and will not be merged. The focus is on synergies in the consulting business, customer satisfaction, and shared growth potential. Together, the two companies have approximately 90 employees and are expected to generate revenue of 17 million EUR and a profit in 2026.
Independent, but stronger together
IT Kombinat was founded in 2023 by a group of experienced executives from the IT consulting industry. In addition to its consulting expertise in the areas of IT/OT security, IT infrastructure, and agile, AI-powered program and project management, AI Kombinat—a subsidiary of IT Kombinat—focuses on the development of AI-powered voice and chat assistants.
objective partner has been in business since 1994 and, as an SAP Gold Partner, specializes in S/4HANA transformation, SAP integration, and custom solutions with a focus on discrete manufacturing. In addition, the company offers its own products: Operaide, an AI operating system for enterprises designed to enable the secure and confident operation of AI, and Corenate, a solution for product compliance (DPP, PPWR, ESPR).
The collaboration between the two companies focuses on five goals:
- Synergies: Both organizations draw on each other’s expertise and resources in joint projects.

AI Kombinat GmbH plays a key integrative role in this process: the expertise and solution portfolios of both companies are leveraged to mutual benefit.

Autonomy and Outlook
objective partner will continue to operate as an independent company in Weinheim with its own brand, its own executive board, and its own teams. It complements the group alongside Indiginox GmbH and KI Kombinat GmbH. The current plan is to appoint Manfred Götz, managing director of IT Kombinat GmbH, as the second member of the executive board, with a focus on consulting and operations.
