Monheim, 04.09.2026 – IT Kombinat looks back on another successful fiscal year in 2025. With revenue of €5,944,736, the company once again increased its results compared to the previous year (€5,666,337). A retained profit of €1,233,406 (previous year: €861,920) and a pre-tax profit margin of around 15% underscore the company’s economic stability and earnings strength.
“2025 was once again a year in which we combined growth with economic substance,” says Manfred Götz, Managing Director of IT Kombinat. “With revenue of around €5.9 million and a robust EBT margin of around 15%, we show that quality and growth go hand in hand at our company. The fact that both KI Kombinat and Indiginox developed even more positively than expected makes me particularly confident for the years ahead.”
KI Kombinat GmbH, founded in 2024 and specializing in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, significantly exceeded expectations in 2025. Indiginox GmbH, another subsidiary of the IT Kombinat Group, also had a very positive year in 2025, likewise surpassing original expectations. As economically independent companies, neither is consolidated in IT Kombinat GmbH’s 2025 annual financial statements.
“We continue to grow profitably in 2026 as well: in the first half of the year, our revenue increased by around 23% compared to the same period last year, with an EBT margin of nearly 16%,” says Thomas Benz, Partner and Authorized Signatory for Finance & Controlling at IT Kombinat. “This development confirms our course and gives us tailwind for the continued expansion of our teams. At the same time, it gives us additional scope for inorganic growth.”
For 2026, IT Kombinat is focused on continuing its profitable growth trajectory and the targeted expansion of its teams and capabilities – particularly in the areas of IT/OT security and agile project and program management. AI solutions are deployed across and for the company’s entire service portfolio, with a particular focus on the telecommunications market segment.
