IT Kombinat GmbH announces the acquisition of a 100% majority stake in Indiginox GmbH, Düsseldorf. The purchase and transfer agreement was notarized today.

“By taking over the shares in Indiginox GmbH, an IT consulting company that has been established for over 15 years and has grown customer structures, we were able to take an important step in the further development of our still young company.”
By signing the contract, co-founder and previous managing director Ashley Steele handed over management of the company to Jörg Uhrmacher, who recently also took over sole power of attorney at IT Kombinat GmbH. Ashley Steele continues to advise the company.
Indiginox GmbH was founded in 2006. The company focuses on providing consulting services to international companies in the areas of software development, agile project management (Scrum, SAFE), agile transition, program management and delivery management. Indiginox has a broad partner network that enables it to provide qualified resources for projects in the areas of software development (iOS, Android, Java), user experience (UX) / user interfaces (UI), as well as service delivery management for international projects to provide. Indiginox’s customer base points to a long-standing collaboration with companies such as BP, Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone. Indiginox has a track record of IT consulting success with these and other clients. The company has primarily successfully supported projects in areas such as the development of application portals, online payment systems (finance), mobile Internet and the management of home Internet solutions.
About the IT Kombinat
The IT Kombinat was founded in February 2023 from a merger of experienced managers and IT consulting experts. The company’s currently 15 permanent employees are supported by partners who operate both in the German Rhine-Ruhr region and nearshore in other Eastern European countries. The focus of the IT combine is on the operational management of software development projects, strategic consulting on IT and security topics as well as management consulting at CxO level.
